Order Information

E-Z-Hook products are manufactured in the USA and shipped from our factory in Southern California. They are available directly from us as well as a large selection of authorized distributors.

  • Most products have no minimum order requirements.
  • Generally standard items are available for immediate shipment.

Before placing your order, make sure you have the correct part number, color or set information, and lead length you desire.

  • Lead lengths are measured in inches for test leads, jumpers, and cables.
  • Measurements are provided without tolerances unless otherwise specified (consult factory if tolerance is required).
  • All metric dimensions are approximate.
  • Specifications on standard products are subject to change without notice.

Delivery Information:

E-Z-Hook operates Monday-Friday (Pacific Time), excluding US holidays and pre-planned holiday closures. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed on the following business day. Most standard products ship within 1-2 business days (48 hours).

Shipping:

E-Z-Hook uses UPS ground as our standard shipping method. Shipping cost is calculated using the weight and dimensions of the product(s) ordered and the selected shipping method. In addition to UPS, FedEX is available on website purchases. If you require USPS, DHL or another carrier please contact us. Generally, we can accommodate such requests.

Handling Fee:

We apply a handling fee of $2.50 to all orders. This covers packaging materials and order processing. Any additional fees based on special packaging or documentation will be communicated prior to shipment.

Tax:

Applicable taxes will be added to your order. For resale customers please provide your California Resale Certificate. Please email it to us when you place your order.

Payment Methods:

Accepted payment methods are credit card and Net 30 Terms for pre-approved clients. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discovery.

Terms and Conditions of Sale:

Contact E-Z-Hook if interested in opening an account. E-Z-Hook must be notified within 30 days from invoice date of any discrepancy with order due to shipment error or defective product. No product will be accepted for return or exchange without RMA authorization from E-Z-Hook. A restocking fee may apply for items returned due to customer order error. All custom parts are non-cancelable and non-returnable. Orders have a $2.50 handling charge. Credit card orders will be pre-authorized upon order submission and settled when order is shipped.

January 1st: Office Closed
